Brightcore Energy delivers end-to-end clean energy and efficiency solutions through an Efficiency-as-a-Service model that requires no upfront capital and delivers immediate operating cost savings. Its offerings include commercial and community solar, high-efficiency renewable heating and cooling (including geothermal), LED lighting and controls, EV charging, battery storage, smart building solutions, and other emerging technologies. The company has completed more than 150 clean energy and efficiency projects for commercial, industrial, and municipal customers. Brightcore’s EaaS model accelerates deployment by implementing, financing, and managing projects so customers can transition legacy energy platforms affordably and seamlessly. The company plans to expand deployment of solar, LED lighting, HVAC (including geothermal), and other product offerings to meet growing commercial, industrial, and municipal demand. SER’s committed capital will materially strengthen Brightcore’s balance sheet and its ability to implement, finance, invest in, and acquire a broader range of clean energy projects and solutions.
