Offset Labs applies artificial intelligence to defence and national security, focusing on NATO-allied technologies. Founded in 2024 by Denys Budnyk, Borys Nadykto, and Andrii Yakovyna, the team is split between London and Kyiv. The company has designed and deployed specialised AI models for signal and voice processing in operational environments and offers capabilities spanning data curation to research. It aims to unlock deep AI innovation for defence customers and deliver a decisive technological advantage for NATO Allies. Offset Labs raised €600k in a pre-Seed round led by Archangel to accelerate development of next-generation AI solutions that strengthen allied defence ecosystems. Archangel said it will provide hands-on support to the team's growth as part of its backing.
