Prixa operates a B2B digital health platform that includes an AI digital health assistant, telemedicine consultations, pharmacy deliveries and on‑demand lab diagnostics. It partners with healthcare payers such as insurance providers, corporations and third‑party administrators rather than selling directly to consumers. Through its B2B customers Prixa currently serves about 10 million patients and works with four major insurers, with six additional insurers in its short‑term pipeline. The company positions itself as a digital primary care platform focused on cost control for payers by managing patients outside tertiary care and reducing outpatient and downstream inpatient costs. Usage of the platform increased during the COVID‑19 pandemic, and Prixa plans to use new funding to scale its platform and customer base. Prixa launched in 2019 and has raised a total of $4.5 million to date.
