Overview
Snoonu is a personal concierge and delivery company based in Qatar. Snoonu was launch in two phases: Phase one, launched in April 2019 focuses on offline services personal concierge and door to door delivery. Phase two, launched in October 2019 involves using the snoonu mobile eCommerce application to order products online. Snoonu will expand into a fully functional eCommerce website. The delivery fee ranges from QR 10 and above depending on the customer’s location.

Founded in 2025 by Ekaterina Demenkova and Jemal Velihanova (graduates of Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar), Sufra AI builds AI-driven smart menu systems for restaurants. Its platform enables diners to access personalised menus via QR codes, offers tailored recommendations, and supports seamless ordering and integrated payments. The system also provides restaurants with real-time behavioural insights. The company secured a $100,000 pre-seed investment from Snoonu through the newly launched Snoonu Startup Factory. Through that programme Sufra AI will receive not only capital but also mentorship, operational support, and direct access to Snoonu's market ecosystem. The arrangement situates Sufra AI within Snoonu Technology Park and connects the startup to regional venture-building efforts aligned with Qatar National Vision 2030.
