    Participated · Seed · Mar 2026

Founded by attorney and access-to-justice advocate Noella Sudbury, Rasa Legal operates a legal technology platform that simplifies criminal record sealing and expungement. Since launching its platform in 2022, the company has helped more than 30,000 people access their criminal records and has successfully cleared over 5,000 records. Rasa currently offers services in Pennsylvania, Utah, and Arizona and plans continued nationwide expansion. The company positions itself as mission-driven and affordable, using a combined legal and technology approach to increase access to record-clearing. The recent seed investment is intended to fund scaling and broader geographic rollout; no revenue or valuation figures were disclosed in the announcement.

  • Alchemy Code Lab

    Led · Equity · Jan 2021

Alchemy Code Lab offers a student-friendly income share agreement (ISA) that lets students pay tuition only after securing qualifying employment. The ISA is available to students once they are accepted into Alchemy’s full-time, 25-week software development program. Students enroll with little to no upfront cost and repay a fixed percentage of income, capped at a set dollar amount and for a defined period; repayment begins once a graduate secures a role earning at least $50,000 annually. Alchemy’s program targets direct placement into mid-level developer jobs, with an average graduate starting salary of $80,000. Tuition for the complete program is currently $24,000; the school also offers diversity scholarships and veteran benefits. With the new funding, Alchemy expects to offer the ISA to roughly half of each cohort over the next three years.
