  • KOR Protocol

    Participated · Series A · Jul 2026

KOR Protocol offers an end-to-end platform intended to serve as a clearinghouse for creative assets and talent in the AI era. Its product stack centers on three layers—production (establishing origin, authenticity, ownership, and clearance), distribution (intelligence and workflow tools to route talent and content), and monetization (payments, splits, licensing flows, and revenue management). Several apps already build on the protocol, including KORUS (music remixing and release packs), Pacer (an AI operating system for music release and audience management), VRSNS, Streamline, and KOR Hubs. Since launch the company reports over 1 million lifetime sign-ups, 400,000 connected wallets, 1,000+ IP partners (including Black Mirror, Beatport, mau5trap, Imogen Heap, Banijay Group, and KDDI), and more than $2 million in gross revenue. Ritty Quin was appointed CEO late in the prior year to lead the company’s growth across technology and the creator economy. KOR intends to expand licensed IP supply, deepen its protocol and products, scale partnerships across music and entertainment, and onboard more creators and commercial partners as it builds toward a larger network rollout.

  • Pye Finance

    Participated · Seed · Dec 2025

Pye Finance is developing a Solana-based marketplace where time-locked staking positions can be traded, restructured, and tokenized. The platform targets Solana’s roughly 414 million staked SOL (about $75 billion), aiming to unlock liquidity and give validators greater control over parameters such as lock-up periods and reward flows. Pye plans to split each locked position into two tokens: a principal token redeemable for the underlying SOL at maturity and a rewards token representing the future staking yield, enabling users to sell or leverage future rewards while maintaining staked status for DeFi strategies. Co-founders Erik Ashdown and Alberto Cevallos describe the project as financial infrastructure that lets validators operate more like asset managers with predictable returns and enhanced transparency. An initial closed-alpha test ran earlier in 2025, and the company expects to launch a private beta in Q1 2026. Beyond its core marketplace, Pye is also working on validator tools that allow customizable lock-ups and reward structures. The recent $5 million seed financing provides its primary capital base; no revenue or user metrics have yet been disclosed.

The company plans to pursue a multi-chain strategy with launches planned for Bitcoin and Binance. It also intends to deliver an in-app wallet to enable Web2-style payment experiences and integrations. Helio says it will use funds to expand its engineering team and build out sales and marketing to sign partnerships with creator platforms and marketplaces.

  • Fractal

    Participated · Seed · Apr 2022

Fractal is a San Francisco-based marketplace for video game players to discover, buy and sell gaming NFTs. Founded by Justin Kan, the company recently released Fractal Launchpad, a product that helps game companies sell their initial NFT collections to the public. The company vets web3 games for quality, accepting only 5% of applications to Fractal Launchpad. Games that have launched on the Launchpad include House of Sparta, Tiny Colony, Yaku, Cinder and Nekoverse, and every game has sold out its NFT collection; Tiny Colony raised over $2M from its initial sale. The company will use the new funding to hire more engineers, recruit and support game developers, and grow an ecosystem of GameFi participants.

  • Bridgesplit

    Participated · Seed · Dec 2021

Bridgesplit is an NFT financialization platform built on the Solana blockchain that seeks to bridge NFTs and DeFi to increase liquidity and asset productivity. Its core products include NFT fractionalization, pooling, index funds, financial derivatives (like indexes and floor perpetuals), and NFT-collateralized lending markets. The company already has a fractionalization alpha live on Solana mainnet and has facilitated liquidity for high-value assets and cross-chain NFTs. Bridgesplit positions its infrastructure as the base financial layer for cross-chain NFTs and aims to enable productive yield for NFT holders. The team plans to use newly raised capital to expand engineering and community teams, advance product development, and deepen protocol relationships across Solana, Ethereum L2s, and other chains. The company highlights the market opportunity created by billions in idle NFT value on Solana and Ethereum and aims to unlock that capital via its products.
