Srikanth, K12 Techno Services operates a diversified education platform with flagship schools under Orchids The International School, a school partnership model, and early-learning brands SparkleBox and SparkleBox School, along with verticals like Plufo and Let's Eduvate. The company has grown to more than 113 educational institutes across 17 major cities and plans to add 10-15 schools annually. Over recent years it has seen multiple private-equity transactions and shareholder changes, including investments and secondary deals involving Kedaara Capital, Venturi Partners, Kenro Capital, Navneet Learning and Peak XV/Sequoia. Financially, K12 Techno reported operating income of ₹523.1 crore in FY26, up from ₹391.9 crore the prior year, and narrowed losses to ₹24.9 crore from ₹57.7 crore in FY25. The company used the latest primary proceeds to fund further expansion.
