Etvas operates an AI-based B2B2C customer engagement platform that aggregates value-added services in a white-label marketplace for banks and insurers. The platform integrates via a single API and can be embedded into apps and websites within days. Using AI, Etvas personalizes and presents highly relevant services to end customers based on their life situations, with services offered on monthly or annual fees. The company launched its first service ecosystem around security and plans additional ecosystems for travel, online shopping, and more. The platform is already in use by Sparkasse Bremen, which made services available to its customers on Sept 1. Etvas closed a 1M seed investment to support scaling and capture a growing European market.
