Tarpon Towers LLC is a Bradenton, Florida-based wireless communications tower company that owns and operates communications towers. The company owns 85 towers located in 14 states, including Florida, North Carolina, Georgia, Mississippi, Texas, Michigan, Connecticut, New York and California. It has over 200 new build sites in development and 25 tower sites under letter or purchase agreement throughout the US. Tarpon plans to use new capital to continue working with local tower owners and developers to expand its communications tower portfolio. ABS Capital has previously provided Tarpon with over $50M of equity and maintains a $30M facility with a prominent regional bank. Spire Capital Partners has committed equity capital to support the company’s growth and will have a board representative.
