MOMI Brands develops patented technologies for an innovative breast pump and an infant feeding system intended to replicate the biomechanical properties of natural nursing. The Winston-Salem, North Carolina development-stage company plans to commercialize those products to improve the nursing experience for mothers and babies. It closed a $1M seed round to fund product development and commercialization. Founder and CEO Carr Lane Quackenbush previously led the U.S. division of Medela and has returned to engineering and invention to advance these products. The company positions its mission as making life better for moms and babies with technologies that work like nature.
