StartupHighway is a Baltic startup accelerator and an early seed stage fund based in Vilnius, Lithuania. Since it’s establishment in 2011 it has developed a proven investment programme focusing all of its efforts on value maximization for innovative technology startups. It has been purely designed to provide individually tailored support for the most perspective participating entrepreneurs. StartupHighway acceleration program’s duration is very flexible and, though it usually lasts 3 months, it can be easily redefined for each participant separately. It is strongly focused on individual business needs of each selected startup. Aside from funding and other perks, we sit together with the teams, study the weak points, analyze growth and scalability perspectives and make tailored plans accordingly for success stories to happen. We don’t rely on entirely general mentorship sessions which bring limited value when it comes to individually applied startup development. However, we do organize meetings with our elite mentors with respect to a genuine relevancy for your startup to open endless networking opportunities.

Funderful offers a millennial-friendly, web-based platform that helps universities structure, track and analyze alumni fundraising campaigns with real-time infographics and social/competitive engagement features. The software is used by Oxford and Cambridge colleges, London Business School, American universities and other schools worldwide. Founded in 2014 in Latvia, the company positions itself as a digital alternative to traditional phonathons and aims to grow online giving through emotional triggers like peer pressure and competition. Funderful reports that its platform has helped clients raise €2.6m to date; campaigns raise an average €230,000 on top of existing activities and increase donor counts by 104%. The company plans to accelerate product development and establish a foothold in the US market using the new funding. Investors highlighted Funderful’s strong early results and the need for US validation before scaling in the region.
