  • Endaoment

    Participated · Seed · Jun 2021

Endaoment operates on-chain donor-advised funds and Community Funds that let donors give cryptocurrencies tax-effectively and recommend grants to nonprofit organizations. The platform supports donations in over 150 different cryptocurrencies and provides infrastructure to more than 1.5 million organizations. Endaoment was incubated by Framework Labs and had a public launch in 2020. The organization aims to transition its core operations into a fully user-governed decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) and build engineering and development teams to enable that shift. Recent funding will support product development, hiring, and the DAO launch while maintaining regulatory compliance for tax-deductible giving. Endaoment has also received sizable gifts from crypto community contributors, signaling strong sector support.

  • Framework Ventures

    Led · Seed · Aug 2020

Framework Labs is a spinout of Framework Ventures that positions itself as a technology studio combining research, trading, and engineering functions usually siloed across firms and the capital stack. Its Network Capital model aims to incubate startups, provide staking, provision liquidity, and build applications on top of early-stage networks; an example is the snx.tools dashboard for Synthetix analytics. The firm emphasizes active participation in governance, market-making, and advanced trading strategies to help bootstrap and steward DeFi protocols rather than passive token holding. Framework Labs announced strategic hires Ray Pulver (co‑founder and CTO of IDEX) and Roy Learner (former principal at Wavemaker Partners) to lead and grow the team. The company raised an $8 million seed round led by Station 13, cited as one of the larger early-stage crypto raises in that period. Framework Labs aims to capture value through product development and active engagement across decentralized finance rather than through traditional passive investment approaches.
