3F is a protocol built on Morpho that automates the construction of leveraged positions in tokenized real-world assets by coordinating bridge financing, posting acquired assets as collateral, and borrowing stablecoins to complete positions within a single settlement cycle. It abstracts the looping process required to build leveraged exposure, reducing operational complexity and settlement risk for users. 3F plans to initially support JAAA, a tokenized AAA CLO fund from Anemoy sub-managed by Janus Henderson and tokenized by Centrifuge. The company generates revenue through management fees on deployed capital and performance fees on leveraged returns. 3F currently operates with a team of six and intends to hire across credit underwriting, technology, and security as it moves toward private beta and a broader launch in the second quarter. The team has publicly acknowledged leverage-related risks including spread compression, settlement delays, smart contract and regulatory risks, and exposure to underlying credit events.
