TAASFUND Pte Ltd is the last-generation tokenized closed-end fund dedicated to blockchain assets, designed to reduce the risks and technical barriers of operating on the blockchain space. TaaS introduces an innovative "Token-as-a-Service" business model that allows TaaS token-owners to capitalize on the rise of blockchain markets without dealing with the hurdles, risks and technical barriers associated with owning, transferring and trading blockchain assets. Jibrel Network offers a decentralized protocol that mints asset-backed tokens (CryptoDepository Receipts, or CryDRs) representing traditional financial assets such as equities and commodities. Its smart tokens embed regulation so on-chain transfers follow real-world rules and compliance. The protocol runs on the Ethereum blockchain and aims to translate real-world regulation into code to enable smart regulation and governance. The company completed a token sale in which it sold Jibrel Network Tokens (JNT) and reached its hardcap. The sale attracted participants from over 140 countries and recorded 9,678 sign-ups and 5,156 contributions, indicating broad global interest. The token sale raised $30M, providing initial funding to support protocol development and deployment. Jibrel Network specializes in blockchain implementations for banks and non-bank financial institutions and has built consumer-facing tooling to hold tokenized assets. The company launched the jWallet alpha to store, transfer and convert ERC-20 tokens and says the wallet holds no user data and stores keys locally. jWallet is open source, can be run locally, and a mobile version is available. Jibrel has created asset-backed tokens for six fiat currencies (USD, GBP, EUR, RUB, AED, CNY) and describes a model in which users buy JNT to purchase those tokens from the Jibrel DAO. The team positioned the wallet as an enterprise-grade solution designed to balance security and usability amid ongoing wallet hacks. Jibrel’s advisory board includes Don Tapscott and Eddy Zuaiter.
