Tablomonto is an early-stage venture capital firm based in The Netherlands. We believe in building businesses together with the founders and are looking for remarkable and diverse founding teams. This is why next to investment in cash, we also bring key capabilities through our venture partners and allied experts to the founding team: such as technology, HR and (digital) branding & marketing capabilities. Our focus is on investing in propositions that (partly) solve societies' issues. Some of these themes are equal opportunities, people transition & future of work, education, health, and sustainable living. We invest between €200k and €2m initially, in companies that are both revenue and pre-revenue. Openclaims has positioned itself as a market leader in the Netherlands for motor claims workflows and repair distribution. Led by CEO Joost Kamermans and CTO Martin Kayser, the company emphasizes avoiding stranded assets and vested interests. In four years Seenons has grown into an international company with more than 75 employees. The company raised €10M in funding and intends to use the proceeds to further develop its circular platform. Seenons positions itself as an independent alternative in the waste-tech space by prioritizing circularity and commercial returns from reduced waste.

The company combines artificial and human intelligence to help employees acquire skills in the flow of work. Founded in 2018 by René Janssen and Peter Kuperus and based in Amsterdam, Lepaya has made four acquisitions: SmartenUp (2020), vCoach (2022), SpeakFirst (2022) and Krauthammer (2023). The company plans to use the funds to accelerate development and go-to-market of its AI-driven capability development platform, invest in AI tools such as an AI-coach that personalizes learning, and advance skills data analysis to deepen organizational skills intelligence. As of the round the company has raised USD 80m to date. Lepaya provides soft- and hard-skill training modules to enterprises via a catalogue of more than 50 courses and real-time data reporting on learner behavior and training impact.
