Wibo builds experiential, business-oriented corporate learning programs delivered in small groups and led by international executives. Programs combine live sessions with simulations, role-playing, exercises, and practical tools delivered by trainers with corporate backgrounds. The company emphasizes blending leadership, communication, team management and practical adoption of artificial intelligence to make training immediately applicable. Wibo began in Turin as a reward-based quiz app before pivoting to live quiz sessions and then to executive-led learning paths. To date more than 14,500 people have participated in Wibo programs, with a 94% satisfaction rate and a 98% completion rate. The company plans to hire five new people, bring in AI talent, develop a proprietary platform, expand AI-focused training areas, and consolidate its presence in the Italian market.
