Fincastly provides a comprehensive SaaS tool for financial management, including budgeting, liquidity control and an automatically updated dashboard with key financial indicators. The product integrates with popular accounting systems and bank accounts (PSD2/Open Banking) to keep company data current and reduce manual data entry. Founded in mid-2020, Fincastly launched version 1.0 after a beta period and has acquired its first customers while rapidly developing its user base in Poland. The company targets micro, small and medium-sized enterprises—especially B2B service firms like software houses and marketing agencies—that need affordable, integrated financial analytics and process automation. Fincastly also runs educational activities such as the “Fincastly Academy of Finance” webinars to help clients assimilate financial knowledge. Planned product development includes AI-driven features that will suggest actions to optimize company finances and further automate data entry and operation.
