Corcentric is a Cherry Hill, N.J.-based provider of business spend management and revenue management software and services. The company offers source-to-pay, order-to-cash, and fleet solutions, combining technology, managed services, and strategic advisory. Its customers range from the mid-market to Fortune 1000, and it supports almost $500 billion of annual B2B commerce across more than 2,000 customers. Led by Matt Clark, President and Chief Operating Officer, Corcentric focuses on reducing costs, optimizing working capital, and unlocking revenue for clients. Over the past 24 months it acquired and integrated SourceOne, NetSend, and Determine to become an end-to-end provider for sourcing, group purchasing, procure-to-pay, and order-to-cash. The company intends to use the new funds for product innovation, solution integration, and continued global expansion. Corcentric provides procurement and financial process automation solutions for companies to purchase, pay, and get paid. In March the company rebranded with AmeriQuest Business Services under the Corcentric name to unify accounts payable, billing and procurement offerings. That unification positions Corcentric to serve over 6,000 customers from the middle market to the Fortune 1000. Corcentric secured a $200M senior credit facility to strengthen its financial position. The company said the capital will be used to support future growth both organically and via acquisitions in the US and abroad. Corcentric is led by founder and CEO Doug Clark and Executive VP and CFO Mark Joyce and is based in Cherry Hill, N.J.
