ChemT Biotechnology builds an AI-driven Virtual Cell platform called CelMo, trained on billions to trillions of proprietary sequencing reads and validated in the lab to simulate how cells respond to manufacturing conditions, genetic changes, and stresses. Using CelMo, ChemT identifies target cell pathways, designs small molecules to modulate cell behavior, and supports cell engineering to improve manufacturing performance. The company reports CelMo has delivered a 50% increase in antibody output and a 40% reduction in production timelines in CHO cells. Its flagship small-molecule product Chemplify for T-cell manufacturing has demonstrated 50% faster development, 3× scalability, 60% lower costs, and 10× higher cell expansion yield. ChemT says it has established commercial partnerships with more than 40 pharmaceutical, biotech, and CDMO customers globally. The company plans to expand CelMo beyond CHO and T cells into stem cells, NK cells, and HEK cells while advancing products toward GMP and regulatory readiness.
