  Founded in 2021, Wagyz develops a sovereign, open payroll platform co‑built with accounting firm partners to industrialize payroll processing and social compliance. Its core stack includes a payroll engine that interprets collective‑agreement constants, a DSN flow concentrator, and a digital employee vault; the platform integrates and maintains 350 collective agreements. Wagyz offers migration tooling (Wagyz Bridge) to perform mass migrations safely and a training arm (Wagyz Academy) including e‑learning and an acquired OFA for apprentices. The company emphasizes API openness via a planned WorkPlace to let cabinets connect their ecosystems and custom workflows, and it plans targeted AI rollouts under a scientific advisory framework. Operational today, Wagyz projects deploying over one million payslips and is using its latest nearly €6M raise to scale infrastructure, simplify migrations, and invest in human support and training for client firms.
