Led · Seed · Dec 2025
Founded in 2022 in the United States by Hamad Aldighrir, Ye Gu, and San X., Lucid Capital has since relocated its headquarters to the UAE, where it develops AI-powered, algorithmic trading systems. The company combines quantitative investment models with autonomous AI agents capable of adaptive frequency control to optimize real-time trade execution and manage risk in volatile markets. Its platform targets both U.S. equity and digital asset markets, aiming to scale across additional global asset classes. Recent development priorities include expanding trading infrastructure, deepening institutional partnerships, and advancing in-house AI research. To fuel this roadmap, Lucid Capital not only raised new equity but also secured significant trading capital commitments, allowing it to deploy larger strategies without diluting ownership. The firm positions itself at the intersection of fintech and quantitative finance, leveraging machine learning to deliver consistent, data-driven returns. No revenue or user metrics have been publicly disclosed.
