Mauj offers resources, information, products, and services designed to educate consumers about the female body and provide health-management products. It produces bilingual, culturally sensitive, sex-positive content and has developed products that facilitate body exploration for users with varying experience levels. The company was founded by two women from different areas in the Middle East and is led by CEO Noor N, who positions Mauj to challenge stigma and misinformation about female sexuality. Through social media Mauj has reached an audience of over 30 million and built a following of over 100,000 users across platforms. Mauj recently raised $500K in an angel round to support business expansion and its social-impact mission. The company aims to continue growth and innovation in the women’s health sector in the Middle East and to normalize conversations about women’s bodies and sexuality.
