Its core products are continuous-delivery levodopa/carbidopa candidates ND0612H (high-dose) and ND0612L (low-dose) delivered via a subcutaneous belt pump. ND0612H is aimed at severe Parkinson’s patients to maintain steady levodopa plasma levels and replace treatments that require invasive surgery; ND0612L targets moderate-stage patients. ND0612L is undergoing a Phase II double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled study supported by a grant from The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research. Led by CEO Oded Lieberman, the company plans to use recent funding to advance clinical and regulatory development of its PD product pipeline. The company recently raised $16M in financing to support these efforts.
