  Hobeen is an energy-tech startup based in Vitoria-Gasteiz that has built a consumer app focused on improving household energy efficiency and reducing utility costs. The platform gathers and analyzes home energy data to provide users with tailored recommendations and controls for savings. With fresh capital, the company plans to deepen its B2B commercial channel—working with utilities, public institutions, and corporate partners—while continuing to refine its B2C offering. The roadmap includes integrating new features such as self-consumption management, electric-vehicle charging, and intelligent demand response to deliver end-to-end home energy management. International expansion is a priority, starting with Portugal and broader European markets, aided by forthcoming EU Next Generation funds. Financially, this is Hobeen’s second equity round; the company will also draw on a follow-on ENISA participative loan, having received its first tranche in December 2020.
