Vault provides at-home appointments and nurse-practitioner work-ups focused on men’s health issues such as hormonal imbalance and erectile dysfunction. The company operates on a membership model, charging $133–$300 per month and does not take insurance. Vault has signed up over 500 medical practitioners and hired a chief medical officer to maintain clinical standards. Founder and CEO Jason Feldman launched Vault last summer after leading Amazon’s Prime Video Direct and Global Innovation teams and says the mission is to de-stigmatize men’s health. Vault currently offers treatments in New York, Florida, Tennessee and Texas and plans to expand operations to 42 U.S. cities. The service includes specialty packages such as testosterone therapy and a “sex kit” targeting libido and erectile function.
