  BioPhy launched an AI operating system designed to accelerate identification and development of the most promising drug candidates by combining scientific, clinical, and regulatory insights with a proprietary operational assessment model. Its platform includes BioPhyRx, a generative AI for centralized access to scientific and regulatory resources, and BioLogicAI, a predictive engine for endpoint predictability, indication selection, repurposing, and biological feasibility benchmarking. In live testing over the past 27 months the technology predicted outcomes of more than 1,500 clinical trials with 80% accuracy. The company says its tools support clinical operations, regulatory affairs, and quality assurance, delivering insights in days that historically took months or years and promising to improve capital efficiency and decrease development timelines. BioPhy is working in pilot and commercial agreements with several pharmaceutical companies, including Ambrose Healthcare, and with government, intelligence, financial services, and public-sector organizations. The company has raised $4.5 million in funding and was co-founded by CEO Dave Latshaw II, a computational biomolecular and chemical engineer.
