  Rosarium Health provides a platform that coordinates the full lifecycle of home-based interventions, including in-home assessments by occupational and physical therapists, home modification recommendations, and contractor execution such as ramps and stair lifts. The company also automates documentation, prior authorization and claims submission to streamline payments and reimbursement. Rosarium operates a network of more than 800 clinicians and 3,000 contractors across 34 states and is in-network for 1.2 million Medicare and Medicaid lives, with plans to reach 4 million by year end. Financially, the company has raised $9 million to date, including a $6 million seed round led by Kalos Ventures. Rosarium plans to use recent funding to expand partnerships with Managed Medicaid and Medicare Advantage plans, particularly in California and the Northeast, and to scale its network and platform technology. The company’s stated goal is to make the home a reliable, large-scale site of care that reduces costs and improves outcomes for aging and underserved populations.
