智慧互通 (爱泊车) develops city-level smart parking and static-dynamic traffic solutions built on its high-mounted video parking management technology, VSA vehicle-state perception, and AI Super Eye holistic sensing technologies. The company’s platform enables real-time sensing of vehicle state and behavior (positioning/tracking, behavior recognition, vehicle-type recognition, trajectory, and vehicle REID) and constructs a city-level vehicle-state network map to support traffic governance, public security and municipal management as an AIoT infrastructure. Its technical stack includes scenario intelligent recognition, an edge‑to‑cloud collaborative architecture, and finely tuned behavior recognition for complex static-traffic scenes, plus a consumer app that binds drivers to enable “one platform, park across the city.” By 2020 the company had completed four financing rounds and has been described by the industry as a unicorn in the smart parking field; historical investors include 高榕资本, 绿动资本, 蔚来资本, 中金资本, 深创投, 58产业基金, 交银国际, 湖南财信, 正和岛, 中冀投资, 中关村启航, 中关村科学城公司, 乔戈里, 海峡金控 and others. 智慧互通 has amassed nearly 300 core patents in AI, big data, and intelligent hardware, has been selected as an MIIT AI–real economy integration innovation project, and has won multiple industry awards. Its city-level smart parking solution is commercially deployed in nearly 30 cities, including Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Tianjin, Fuzhou, Zhengzhou and others. AIpark develops smart parking solutions. The company secured 300 million yuan (US$42 million) in a Series C round of financing. The Series C was led by return backer Gaorong Capital.
