Founded in 2022, GrowXCD Finance focuses on extending loans to micro, small and marginal enterprises (MSMEs) as well as salaried individuals outside India’s major metros. The company operates 67 branches across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Puducherry, using a mix of physical presence and technology to reach underserved borrowers. Management plans to deploy newly raised capital to enlarge its branch network, bolster its lending portfolio and upgrade its tech stack, funding operations for the next 12–18 months. GrowXCD currently manages assets under management (AUM) of about ₹300 crore and is aiming to grow this figure to ₹500 crore by March 2026. Longer-term, the lender intends to open 40–50 additional branches by March 2027 and enter Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh. Key shareholder Lok Capital has invested a cumulative ₹93 crore since first backing the firm in November 2023.
