Onedot operates Petnote, a pet O2O quick‑commerce service that delivers pet food and supplies in roughly 30–60 minutes. Petnote launched in May 2022 and in two years expanded to 10 Chinese cities with about 80 dark‑store locations; some regions are already profitable. In addition to Petnote, Onedot runs the parenting media Babily, the inbound medical platform OneMedica, and a China digital strategy and marketing support business.
