Vizcab offers an AI-driven SaaS platform that automates calculation of CO2 emissions and Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) across the full lifecycle of construction projects. The platform connects stakeholders across the value chain — from architects and engineers to manufacturers and construction companies — to optimise carbon performance, improve operational efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and expedite ESG reporting. Vizcab’s solution integrates with industry-standard construction tools to drive adoption of sustainable practices across the construction industry. The company plans further international expansion, launching its first international module in June to engage customers in 33 countries and aims to involve building material manufacturers to promote sustainable products. Financially, Vizcab extended its Series A to a total of €9M and intends to use the proceeds to support growth and expand operations into new international markets. Vizcab provides a SaaS platform that calculates Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) to help stakeholders reduce the carbon impact of construction projects. The platform connects the full construction value chain—real estate developers, architects, engineers, construction companies and manufacturers—and integrates with digital construction tools like Buildrz, Saqara, and Revit. Vizcab supports net-zero building strategies and compliance with environmental regulations and carbon budgets using data-driven, AI-enabled solutions. The company has 120 customers and more than 2,000 users across the construction value chain. Future plans include involving building material manufacturers to promote sustainable products and expanding operations across Europe. Vizcab intends to use the new funding to support continued growth and further develop its AI-driven offerings. Vizcab builds data calculation, reporting and visualization tools to help construction and real estate players reduce their carbon footprints. Its product suite includes Vizcab Explo for project owners and advisers to build secure and competitive carbon energy strategies, Vizcab Eval (an LCA calculation tool used by engineering and general contractors) and the Vizcab Dashboard for capitalization and reporting. Founded in 2020 and based in Lyon, the company reports 680 users on its platform. Management says the recent financing will be used to consolidate technological progress and to structure its teams. Vizcab also plans to accelerate marketing and presence first in the French market and, in the medium term, across Europe. The company positions itself as a practical digital solution to accelerate low-carbon construction and support dialogue between local authorities and developers.
