Payment Club, Inc. is a subscription-based payment service provider launched in late 2017 and based in Dover, DE. The company offers payment processing, value-added point-of-sale services and a variety of membership plans featuring flat-fee payment acceptance and transparent, zero-markup pricing. Payment Club completed a $7M financing comprising equity and a credit facility to accelerate growth. The financing was led by the company’s co-founders alongside Unified Payments (a subsidiary of Net Element) and an institutional investor. Payment Club will use the funding to expand nationwide, hire up to 100 membership advisors and create show rooms where business owners can experience its products and learn about membership options.
