LocationInsight LLC is a Denver, CO-based provider of local search marketing software and services to large advertisers with many physical locations. It provides company and product locators for enterprise clients designed to improve local search rank and results for both branded and unbranded queries across web and mobile. Its web and mobile locator technology is enhanced by local SEO content management and syndication systems that establish and maintain local content continuity across local SEO landing pages, online directories, Google Places and MAPS, Yahoo and Bing profile pages, social networks (including Facebook, Twitter and Foursquare) and the mobile web. Led by CEO Ari Kaufman, the company completed a management buy-out of the LocationInsight local search marketing business from the InfoNow Corporation. LocationInsight raised $5M from United Communications Group and intends to use the funding to add a SaaS version for search and advertising agencies by the end of the year. The company will also expand sales and marketing and invest in ongoing platform development and personnel.
