Synco offers a centralized real-time messaging desktop and mobile app designed specifically for property management teams, organizing conversations by property addresses, unit numbers, project names, trades, and more. The platform helps leadership gain visibility across properties, control conversation notifications, and provides more secure onboarding and offboarding. Team members at department, regional, and property levels get faster answers and a collaborative, organized space to work. The product was developed after the founders spent a year talking to hundreds of property management firms about decentralized email and text challenges. The company intends to use the seed funds to expand operations and business reach. Synco was co-founded by Jason Griffith, Ross Goldenberg, Bill Evick, and John Bonds and is based in New York City.
