Stokr operates a digital marketplace that connects investors with alternative-asset offerings and supports the issuance of EU-compliant security token offerings (STOs). Led by co-founder Tobias Seidl, the platform provides founders with technical deployment, investment structuring, and compliance support. Stokr hosts opportunities across industries, including gaming (Infinite Fleet), automotive (Mazzanti), and tokenized music-rights partnerships. The company has integrated multiple issuance options, adding Algorand via Borderless Capital alongside existing Ethereum and Liquid Network support. Stokr raised over €3.9m (over US$4.6m) in pre-Series A funding and plans to scale up its investment platform. The funding is intended to accelerate platform growth and expand its alternative-asset deal flow.
