  EventPipe provides a cloud software solution that covers the full event housing lifecycle, enabling users to create RFPs, manage hotel contracts, build customized booking sites, manage inventory and reconcile events. The platform is used by event producers, housing companies, meeting planners and convention and visitor bureaus (CVBs). The company has facilitated over 1.6 million room nights booked through its platform, totaling more than $250 million in bookings. EventPipe is led by CEO Tim Brown and was co-founded by Serena Higdon (interim CEO to date) and CTO Mike Addesa. The company intends to use the seed funds to add to its team, accelerate adoption of its platform and continue building functionality that adds value for customers. EventPipe is based in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
