Bionline is a Valencian technology startup that builds artificial intelligence solutions aimed at boosting commercial results and customer loyalty. The company currently offers two verticals focused on retail and banking and is developing products for telecommunications, utilities and airlines. Named clients include Consum, Banca March and Telefónica. Following the recent financing, Bionline plans to begin expansion into the United States and Latin America. The company says it will use the proceeds to increase commercial capacity and to develop its product area. From its early stages it received support from the Lanzadera accelerator and has worked with advisors such as Aktion Legal and financial adviser Borealis.
