The company plans to use new funding to expand product development, sales, and marketing, grow its U.S. presence, and make key hires such as a VP of Sales and Head of Marketing & Growth. Pathlock provides access governance and data-security solutions for cloud and on-premise business applications. The company announced a $200M capital raise and plans to use the funds to expand its Application Governance and Data Security capabilities. Pathlock merged with Appsian and Security Weaver and acquired CSI Tools and Sast Solutions to broaden its ERP and SAP governance offerings. Led by Piyush Pandey, the combined company serves over 1,200 customers across major industries and will double in size in employees. The business now operates globally with offices in the United States, Belgium, the UK, Germany, Israel and India. Pathlock, formerly Greenlight Technologies, provides a unified access orchestration solution to manage user provisioning and temporary elevation, ongoing User Access Reviews, control testing, transaction monitoring, and audit preparation. The company protects digital enterprises and is led by Founder and CEO Anand Adya. Pathlock serves Global 2000 companies to protect critical digital assets from financial, operational, regulatory and security threats, ensure corporate compliance and improve performance. The company closed a $20M strategic growth investment with Vertica Capital Partners. The funding will be used to accelerate product development for its automated application governance solution and to extend its intelligent insider threat prevention capabilities.
