Roami, which rebranded from Sextant Stays, operates whole-building, tech-enabled short-term rentals intended to combine hotel professionalism with the value of vacation rentals. Its spaces are on average six times larger than a typical hotel room and are purposefully designed for urban, group traveling. By managing entire buildings the company retains creative control to design a tech-enabled guest experience aimed at inspiring human connection. Roami reported over $40M in revenue in 2022 and has expanded its inventory to more than 500 units across South Florida and New Orleans.
