Praesidium says it partnered with scientists from NASA and MIT over the last five years to develop the technology. It plans to continue product development and pursue a commercialization strategy focused on B2B partners in areas including smart sleep tracking, child safety, remote patient monitoring, and home security. The recent financing includes both equity and an available line of credit, which the company intends to use to execute its commercialization plans. Praesidium is headquartered in St. George, Utah.
