Substrate AI develops an integrated AI platform organized into four modules: agent orchestration, governance and compliance, security and data residency, and enterprise integration, designed to move pilots into production with security, traceability and regulatory compliance. The company operates software products for agent creation and management and is deploying a cloud compute infrastructure project. It reports more than 200 employees and over 500 customers across healthcare, industry and technology verticals. Substrate AI has a health-focused subsidiary and has launched a health AI development hub in Talavera de la Reina in collaboration with regional government and the University of Castilla-La Mancha. It is also working with the Foundation for Research of the Hospital General Universitario de Valencia on projects to improve hospital pharmacy access and dosing through AI.
