Nyiax operates a guaranteed advertising contract marketplace that lets advertisers and publishers buy, sell and re-trade premium advertising contracts in a forward/futures methodology. The platform was developed in partnership with Nasdaq and combines a patented Financial Matching Engine℗ with blockchain technology tailored to the advertising industry. The company intends to use the new funds for growth and expansion of its guaranteed advertising contract marketplace, as well as for preferred partnerships and integrations. Leadership is headed by founder Carolina Abenante, who serves as executive vice chairperson, chief strategy officer and general counsel. Financially, the company closed an additional seed round and now has raised a total of $16M to date.
