  Founded in April 2023 and headquartered in Zug, Switzerland, PLAN-B NET ZERO AG seeks to redefine the energy market by shifting from a traditional utility model to a data-centric, community-oriented platform. The company’s offering blends sustainable energy provisioning with battery-energy-storage systems (BESS), big-data analytics, gamification elements and AI-based services, drawing a parallel to how neobanks such as Revolut transformed fintech. Its strategy spans the full green-energy value chain, including direct sales, planning and construction of renewable-energy installations, and operation of its own energy supply and trading arm. Management believes this integrated approach will drive significant CO₂ reduction for both industrial and residential customers. Following the recent financing, PLAN-B NET ZERO’s share capital stands at CHF 5.0 million, underpinning its next phase of market expansion. Although the company has not disclosed revenue or user figures, the new capital is earmarked for scaling software development, battery storage deployments and the rollout of its data-driven energy platform.
