Overview
10 Minute School is an online education platform founded in 2015 by Ayman Sadiq and Abdullah Abyad Raied with a mission to democratise education in Bangladesh. Its product ecosystem includes an app (10ms.app), more than 25,000 classes and skills courses, and over 17,000 videos added during 2021. The company experienced rapid growth in 2021—reporting a twelvefold business increase, over 9 million new learners, 8 million learning hours delivered, and an app user base surpassing 3 million—while scaling headcount from 60 to 300. Following its $2 million seed raise from Surge (Sequoia Capital India), it plans to invest in product and technology and accelerate growth. Planned product expansions include live coaching for students in classes V–XII, test-paper courses for HSC and SSC examinees, complete admission and BCS programmes, interactive academic books for classes III–XII, and additional upskilling courses in early 2022.
