Founded in early 2025 in France by Alexandre Pereira and Alex Zhuk, 2501.ai delivers sovereign, on-premise or private-cloud AI agents that continuously monitor, diagnose and remediate IT incidents for SRE, DevOps and SysOps teams. The architecture is designed to meet the highest security standards, enabling deployment in regulated, isolated or classified environments while integrating natively with existing tooling. In under twelve months the startup has secured several dozen six-figure, multi-year contracts and is currently rolling out its platform to roughly 20 enterprise customers, including CAC 40 groups. With fresh capital in hand, management plans to double headcount and scale its R&D program focused on observability, real-time remediation and critical-incident management. The company will also open its first U.S. office in New York to serve growing industrial and critical-services demand. 2501.ai aims to set a new international benchmark for automated infrastructure operations and position itself as France’s category leader by 2026.
