Overview

360Learning offers an AI-powered collaborative learning platform that helps organisations deliver targeted upskilling and reskilling at scale. Its AI workflows automate L&D tasks, enable subject-matter experts to share knowledge, and deliver personalised learning on the right device at the right time. The platform helps L&D teams identify in-house experts to co-create tailored training and close critical skills gaps. 360Learning will use a €1.8M French Government grant to accelerate R&D in AI-powered skills-based learning and expand its Paris-based team of software and machine-learning engineers. The company serves over 2,500 customers, including Michelin, Safran, Arkema, Malakoff Humanis, Symbio, AVOCarbon, and Wakam. Its stated mission is to deliver skills-based learning that drives business performance in France and across its global customer base. 360Learning provides a corporate learning platform that lets employees create and share courses, mix media, capture video, add questions, upload files and collaborate on content creation. The product emphasizes peer-to-peer learning and simple course creation so subject-matter experts can build training without e-learning expertise. Admins can distribute courses to all or specific groups, track completion rates and collect feedback. The company uses artificial intelligence to surface courses that need improvement and to match the right course with the right employee. Around 1,500 companies use the platform for onboarding, software training and skills development, including LVMH, Aircall, Toyota and Appen. Financially, 360Learning completed a $200 million funding round and had previously raised $40 million; it plans to hire more people, expand to new markets and pursue acquisitions. 360Learning offers a learning engagement platform that enables leaders and learners to collaboratively create, share and consume bite-size courses through a decentralized course-creation model rooted in the business. The platform emphasizes social learning and learning communities, with active engagement features that let anyone upload, edit and distribute content quickly. The company serves more than 1,200 enterprises across 160 countries and has about 150 employees across Paris, New York City and London. In April 2019 it secured a $41M Series B to support growth and product investment. The funds are earmarked to consolidate its leadership in France, accelerate expansion in the U.K. and North America, and build local-market presence with talent and offices in New York City and London. 360Learning also plans to accelerate product innovation and double its research and development investments.
