3P Biopharmaceuticals is a company created and driven by a group of committed partners with support from the Government of Navarra through Sodena. The firm serves a future client portfolio composed mainly of established biotechnology companies and multinational bio-pharmaceutical firms. In July 2014 the company completed a €6 million capital increase to obtain resources for scaling its team and adapting its installations. The raise was intended to meet growing demand from its future customers and execute its strategic plan. The operation attracted Infarco as an industrial partner and majority shareholder, seen as reinforcing the regional biomedicine sector in Navarra. Infarco views the investment as part of a diversification and internationalization strategy to enter biotechnology.
