Founded in 2018 and based in Bengaluru, 4baseCare develops genomics-driven, AI-enabled clinical intelligence for precision oncology through its platform OncoTwin. The company combines genomic testing with AI-powered clinical context to improve personalized cancer treatment and to address underrepresentation of non‑Caucasian populations in genomic datasets. 4baseCare is expanding a hospital-linked genomics laboratory network across India, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Latin America and Central Asia. Financially, it has completed a Series A of Rs 50 crore led by Yali Capital with participation from Infosys, and an extended Series B totaling Rs 128 crore after the recent Rs 38-crore infusion led by GrowX Ventures. The fresh capital is earmarked for geographic expansion and scaling its OncoTwin platform.
