5C Group develops, builds and operates large-scale AI-focused data center campuses that integrate computing infrastructure, power, cooling, networking, software and operations. The company designs facilities to accommodate changing GPU architectures, liquid cooling systems and increasingly dense AI workloads. 5C says its development roadmap includes more than 1.5 gigawatts of planned capacity and infrastructure intended to support hundreds of thousands of GPUs. Recent capital raises—including $835 million in 2025 and the $605 million Brookfield-led debt facility—have funded expansion of its campus footprint, including planned work in Memphis, Ohio and Phoenix. CEO Jonathan Ahdoot characterized the financing as supporting long-term community investment and the company’s ability to execute at scale.
