Accio Robotics provides warehouse automation solutions and has developed a robotics system aimed at transforming order picking in warehouses. Its robotic solutions support hyper-optimization of space utilization and improve order fulfillment productivity. The company says it will use the new capital to expand its product team and technology, create avenues for global expansion, and deploy more robots. Accio plans to target a global market presence after an official launch and global product showcase in February 2024. The Bengaluru-based startup raised $1.8 million in a pre-Series A round led by BIG Capital, Unisync Angels and Daniel Fitzgerald, with participation from existing backers Roots Ventures and Anuj Bihani. Prior to this round it had raised capital from angel investors including Ajay Sarupria, Uday Sodhi, 100X.VC, and CIO Angel Network; the company was founded by Pranav Srinivasan and Tuhin Sharma.
